The charge relates to allegedly submitting false information as part of an Apprenticeship programme to obtain a professional qualification from the IFoA. The conduct is alleged to be dishonest and in breach of the Integrity principles in the Actuaries鈥� Code (version 3.1), and, if established, to constitute misconduct.

The charge relates to providing communications to the IFoA to obtain examination exemptions. The communications allegedly: did not show the correct position and were misrepresented to the IFoA. The conduct is alleged to be dishonest and in breach of the Integrity principles in the Actuaries鈥� Code (version 3.2), and, if established, to constitute misconduct.
